horse riding in malaysia was rad.. special thanks to nikki and her family for bringing me along. yippee.. the horses there are just amazing. we took 5 lessons so they teach you how to trot and canter and stuff. pretty cool shit. my favourite horse was Impian and i was lucky enough to get her 4 times in a row.

yesterday i finally made it to the gym. good sweat out work out after a million years or so it seems. went to the sauna after that. i just love love love saunas. nikki, you wear me out. haha.
